Located in Mobile, AL, Empire Truck Sales seeks to go a step further in offering another solution to all local service customers by bringing our technicians to you! By providing comprehensive commercial truck roadside assistance, services, and preventative maintenance services on-site, Empire of Mobile seeks to minimize your vehicle downtime. Our Technical Service Advisors and On-Site Repair Service Technicians will always make themselves available for you for we are committed to your needs.
All services will be performed on-site unless unable to complete the repair as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Oil changes, transmission services, rear-end services, greasing trucks or trailers, fuel filter changes and the like can be done on most all heavy-duty truck makes or models.
Our on-site repair service team members will perform certified D.O.T. inspections onsite. Empire's dedicated team members will also perform multiple D.O.T. inspections in a day without the truck ever having to come to the shop! Our aim is to increase the ease of doing business with us. If your heavy-duty vehicle is experiencing engine troubles, we are able to perform engine diagnostics. Of these engine diagnostics, we will address electrical issues, check engine lights that are on. Upon request, we will also set parameters for road and/or cruise speeds.
If your Freightliner or Western Star semi-truck is in need of a Forced Regens, Empire's On-Site Repair Service technician will perform a forced regen during driver downtime. This will allow the unit to be ready to go when the driver is ready to run. And if the tires on your vehicle seem worn or questionable, give us a call. We will perform on-site checks of tread depths, air pressure, tire quality, and adjusting pressures as needed. All this can also be done on the side of the road or while the unit sits so that the driver knows he is good to go when the next run comes.
